I have a new series going, but this is the first "go".
Really had a good time with this one, the result of a
Sunday afternoon walk down Jefferson with my CB City.

Art for Darfur raised $10,000 for Amnesty International's humanitarian programs in Darfur.

My piece found a new home, and we were able to participate in a great cause.

Funny thing about that night is I got into a bidding war with this couple over a Mixed Media printmaking piece. Turns out they bought the piece i was bidding on and my own. The Event turned out great, hats off to Kristin Schutz & Ms. Lightfoot!

During the SXSW event last month, Shepard Fairey did a big collage on the outside wall of Lance Armstrong’s bike shop, “Mellow Johnny’s.”

Barnaby Barford is an artist who works with ceramics to create unique narrative pieces. Although an accomplished craftsman, Barford primarily selects found objects, taking both mass-manufactured and antique figurines and turning them into sinister, sardonic but invariably humorous sculptures. As the sentimental figurines become characters in his twisted narratives, Barford turns their perceived vulgarity on its head, often into a different and more explicit vulgarity.
